All parts of Panshan County have started to strengthen field management from both science and technology, laying a solid foundation for stable grain production and income increase this year.

During the Mengxia season, all things are abundant. In the fields of Xincun Village in Taiping Street, agricultural drones “go to work on time” to accurately fertilize rice. Villagers told reporters that agricultural drones have the advantages of water-saving, material saving, time-saving, and high efficiency, greatly improving the utilization rate and effectiveness of fertilizers.

With the popularization and promotion of Mechanised agriculture, farmers optimize field management through scientific and technological means to ensure stable rice yield and increase production, and promote the efficient development of smart agriculture in the county. In order to comprehensively ensure the healthy growth of crops, agricultural technicians at all levels have gone deep into the fields to “check the pulse and diagnose” the crops, and promptly identify and deal with disease problems. At the agricultural demonstration base in Sunjia Village, Tianshui Town, agricultural technicians conducted detailed records of rice plant height, density, and growth in different regions, and strictly implemented management measures. The base adopts a rice crab symbiotic planting and breeding model, with precise control over the selection and dosage of fertilizers.

To achieve high yield in autumn, summer management is the key. In recent years, Panshan County has continuously strengthened its field management, improved its rice production innovation system, and adopted mechanized application, field technical guidance and other means to effectively promote the mechanization, intelligence and scientization of agricultural production. At present, the crops in the county are growing well, technical services are in place, security measures are in place, and grain production is running smoothly.
