Accelerate the research and development of small agricultural machinery, and increase training on precision operation of agricultural machinery operators. The scattered and uneven cultivated land in the western region of China, coupled with the lack of widespread standardized production, makes some large machinery unsuitable for certain agricultural production processes. Therefore, it is necessary to develop small-scale agricultural machinery that is truly suitable for the development of characteristic industries and traditional industries based on actual needs, and accelerate the full mechanization process of characteristic industries. In addition, the operational level of agricultural machinery operators is also one of the factors restricting the promotion and application of agricultural machinery. On the basis of the current training on agricultural machinery holding certificates, various regions should increase efforts to carry out fine operation skills training for agricultural machinery operators, and cultivate agricultural machinery operators who serve the high-quality development of agriculture through grading and other methods.
