In order to achieve the above goals, training human resources is a key measure in the solution. There are plans to establish training centers in the agricultural sector and other sectors. Vocational colleges and schools should focus on training, including training programs for workers, and training programs for managers and administrators of enterprises and cooperatives.

Looking back at the success of Vietnam’s agricultural reform and rural development tasks in recent years, one of the key factors is that the close connection between enterprises and cooperatives has become a core factor in connecting with farmers. This is one of the key solutions and decisive factors affecting agricultural restructuring and product quality.
