Drone spraying and unmanned harvester harvest 20 acres

Modern smart agriculture sites such as drone spraying and unmanned harvester operations were displayed.
The observation meeting was officially launched in the strong fragrance of rice, and five plant protection drones took the lead to spray medicine at a constant speed of about 6 meters in the air at a distance of 6 meters from the ground. At present, 10,000 mu of fertile land in SIIC Dongtan has achieved full coverage of drone spraying operations. UAVs can also achieve 24-hour operations, which fully improves operational efficiency and reduces labor in agricultural production operations.

In the harvester operation competition that was staged later, four large combine harvesters were dispatched together. The huge roar accompanied the machines to move forward slowly, churning golden rice waves in the field, and in the blink of an eye, the rice harvesting and threshing were completed. , unloading grain, loading grain and a series of processes.

The c230 large combine harvester displayed today has an operating width of 4.8 meters and a power of 200 horsepower. Each vehicle can harvest more than 200 acres per day, and the efficiency is equivalent to the workload of 250 people.

Of the 4 harvesters, 3 are driven by contestants participating in the labor competition, and the other is unmanned and only equipped with a safety officer. This is the latest scientific research achievement made by SIIC in cooperation with Jiangsu University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and other institutions. Unmanned driving reduces labor costs, improves production efficiency, and promotes the mechanization and intelligence of SIIC agricultural production. It is expected to be put into operation next year. use.
As a member unit participating in the meritorious service competition, SIIC has carried out five major projects including “Green Agriculture”, “Ecological Life”, “Environmental Safety”, “Healthy Medical Care”, and “Quality Improvement” in the past year or so. The meritorious competition activities ensured the implementation of the fourth round of the three-year action plan for Chongming’s world-class ecological island. Through the competition, the ecological environment quality and ecological industry level of SIIC Dongtan Park have been comprehensively improved, and a team of technical experts with dedication and craftsmanship rooted in Chongming has been cultivated.
