Maoming Gaozhou is the birthplace of the world’s best preserved longan. Since early July, fruit business owners and internet celebrity e-commerce anchors from all over the world have entered orchards, either in bulk or in bulk.

He Bingquan, a major longan grower in Gaozhou, introduced that his orchard is distributed in several major longan producing towns in Gaozhou, with a total area of over 200 acres. This year, the orchard production is relatively low, with an estimated output of 200000 tons. The wholesale price for high-quality fruits on the market is 20 yuan per kilogram, with traditional offline wholesale as the main sales method. Online orders are mostly from agents and Moments, with more frequent repeat customers. At present, the Shixia longan in his orchard has been basically harvested, and the Chuliang longan has started to go on sale, with a peak sales in late July.
