In recent years, digital agricultural application scenarios such as unmanned agricultural operations, smart farms, and agricultural robots have gradually emerged in Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Beijing, Hunan, Shanghai and other places, and have become an important force to promote the iterative upgrading of China’s agriculture and the development of county economy.

 

In terms of policies, the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward policies such as accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country and basically realizing new industrialization, informatization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization by 2035. The Central Rural Work Conference held in December last year also proposed that “rely on the two-wheel drive of science and technology and reform to speed up the construction of a strong agricultural country.”

 

Some organizations predict that by 2026, the market size of my country’s agricultural robot industry will reach 1.044 billion yuan. The “14th Five-Year Plan” Robot Industry Development Plan also proposes to speed up the research and development and application of agricultural artificial intelligence, focusing on the development of agricultural robots such as weeding in orchards, precision plant protection, picking and harvesting, livestock and poultry feeding, and silt cleaning.
